Managing Director and Founder 

Lloyd Edge is a passionate property investor who achieved financial independence while still in his 30's. Lloyd is a property strategist who works on behalf of buyers, not sellers. He holds a Diploma of Property Services, is a fully licensed real estate agent and holds buyers agent licences in multiple states. Lloyd is also a member of Property Investment Professionals Australia (PIPA) and Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW).

In 2018 Lloyd was awarded 3rd place in Australia in Your Investment Property's Top Buyer's agent awards (1st in NSW). In 2017 he was also nominated as a finalist in the REINSW awards for excellence.

In 17 years as a property investor and developer, Lloyd has accumulated a property portfolio worth over $12 million that is cash flow positive. A former teacher, Lloyd's investment strategies allowed him to retire from the rat race and now he helps clients achieve their own financial and lifestyle goals.

Lloyd and his wife Renee have featured in property investment magazines including Australian Property Investor, Smart Property Investor and Your Investment Property, as well as The Daily Telegraph. Lloyd has also been interviewed on top rating radio stations 2GB and 2UE.

His investment strategies have attracted the attention of real estate commentators such as Kevin Turner of Real Estate Talk, Ryan McLean of onproperty.com.au and Aidan Devine of Key Media.

Lloyd has a diverse range of investment strategies and places importance on achieving equity gains to maintain a cash flow positive portfolio, quintessential to portfolio growth. His strategies allow him to "manufacture" equity without having to wait for the market to rise.

Lloyd’s property investment motto is "You make your money when you buy, not when you sell!”. He has helped numerous clients make a large amount of equity in a short period of time through creating instant equity.

Due to his wide range of contacts in the real estate industry, Lloyd gets access to properties before they are listed for sale, as well as "off market" properties which don't go to the open market at all.

 Working as a buyers' agent and property developer, Lloyd loves to help other people replicate his success.

Having a teaching background, Lloyd's educational skills and excellent communication techniques prove invaluable to clients. He has worked in a number of areas of education across Sydney and now uses his experience to educate people about property and how it can set them on the path to financial freedom. 


David White | Buyers' Agent

David is a fully licensed Real Estate Buyers' Agent with Aus Property Professionals who is based in Brisbane. He holds a Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma of Property Services. David is much more than just a buyers' agent. He is a buyers' advocate, meaning he always has the clients best interests at the forefront of everything he does.

Before David joined the Aus Property Professionals team, he was an account manager in the electronic components distribution industry with Avnet Electronics and then Future Electronics.

Originally based in Sydney his work saw him become a strategic supply partner to a number of Australian and New Zealand based companies manufacturing products for the medical, transport and communications industries amongst others.

On the back of the success he achieved in Sydney, David’s work took him to the Future Electronics Corporate Head Office in Montreal, Canada. During this time he partnered with two major United States based equipment manufacturers in the outdoor sports and the electronic instruments industries. He established, maintained and co-ordinated effective supply chain programs for both these companies in a highly competitive market.

On returning to Australia David settled at Jervis Bay on the beautiful NSW South Coast. There he became a marketing consultant with Sensis, partnering with local business to develop cost effective, results orientated advertising programs over a wide range of media platforms. This role took him throughout NSW, Queensland and Victoria prior to him joining the team at Aus Property Professionals.

David first began investing in properties in the early 2000's and enjoyed some strong gains in both Sydney and the South Coast of NSW. David developed a real passion for property and studied the many strategies on how to build wealth through property. This resulted in him expanding his portfolio and he now owns several properties across a number of different markets.

David’s successful track record in sales, marketing and account management, combined with his knowledge of the property markets are ideal for his position as a buyers' agent at Aus Property Professionals. He is also very versatile and assists in several aspects of the business to ensure all clients receive the personal service that Aus Property Professionals is renowned for. Originally working as a buyers' advocate in NSW, David is now based in Brisbane.

David is a business professional committed to ethical practices, summed up by his motto, “If it’s right for the customer, then it’s right for me.”


Renee Edge | Associate

Savvy and Professional, Renee joined the Aus Property Professionals team after spending over a decade in the corporate sector.

Renee is naturally honest, reliable, and results focused. She brings a multitude of skills to the Aus Property Professionals team having obtained a Bachelor of Economics (University of Sydney) alongside her previous work experience as an accountant in many large multinational corporations. These include EY (formally Ernst & Young) and Dyson Australia.

Renee is also a registered Chartered Accountant which means she upholds the highest professional standards, guidelines, ethics, and code of conduct. Being a Chartered Accountant displays her strong abilities in budgeting, planning, forecasting and decision making. These are all very important considerations in the purchasing of properties.

As an economist, she understands the workings of the property markets and has been professionally trained to identify long term economic growth factors. This is of enormous benefit to the clients of Aus Property Professionals.

Renee is Big4 Audit trained which has developed her strong interpersonal client skills and her passion for going above and beyond in helping clients achieve their strategic goals. She understands the importance to not only look at the numbers but the bigger picture in what the numbers are telling us. This drives her purpose to achieve budget focused renovations, purchasing primary residences within budgetary parameters, and a passion to achieve long term results for our clients.

Renee developed a passion for property after realising the key to prosperity is to work smarter, not harder. She realised that by investing in property, we are allowing our money to passively grow our wealth.
